The three commissions of the Central Military Commission during the war have always shouldered the task of communication between the party and the army so that the radio waves representing victory will never fade across the space. After the liberation of the country, the communications industry began to change to serve the people. Before and after the founding of the People Republic of China, the ministries and departments are still not perfect, and the communications construction will naturally continue to be borne by the three commissions of the Central Military Commission. In 1949, the Third Military Commission formally changed to the Telecommunication Commission of the Central Military Commission. They first set up the first telephone station in Xiangshan in Beijing and later set up the Central South China Telephone Office. While responsible for the preparations for the communications and electronic equipment for the first session of the CPPCC National Committee, the Telecommunications Commission of the Central Military Commission has shouldered the glorious mission of ensuring the smooth flow of communications in the founding ceremony.
