根据全国农业发展形势的要求,对公路绿化工作提出了新任务。为了迅速全面地按规格进行绿化公路,保证任务的顺利完成,特制定「公路绿化暂行办法」随文颁发,希各省、自治区公路管理部门,切实遵照执行。1952年9月我部所颁发的「公路行道树栽植办法」及其相应指示,应即废止;1955年11月我部颁发的「公路养护修理技术规范」其中「公路植树工作」一章,有与本办法不同之处,应以本办法为准。
According to the requirements of the agricultural development in the country, new tasks have been put forward for road greening. In order to promptly and comprehensively green the road according to the specifications and ensure the successful completion of the task, the “Interim Measures for Highway Afforestation” has been promulgated with due prominence. The highway administration departments of Xi Province, autonomous regions and municipalities have strictly followed the implementation. In September 1952, the “Measures for Planting Roadside Trees” issued by our ministry and its corresponding instructions shall be abolished.
