以丙烯酸、三羟甲基丙烷为原料,采用自制固体超强酸SO24-/TiO2为催化剂直接酯化法合成了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,研究了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,比较了不同催化剂和阻聚剂的催化活性及阻聚性能,得到最佳合成条件为:催化剂的质量分数为丙烯酸质量的5%,醇酸摩尔比为1∶3.8,反应时间为6 h,酯化率可达97以上。
In this paper, trimethylolpropane triacrylate was synthesized by direct esterification of self-made solid superacid SO24- / TiO2 with acrylic acid and trimethylol propane as raw materials.
