本文总结了鞍钢高炉喷吹烟煤工业试验的经验和成果。采用以控制含氧浓度和火源为重点的技术,形成了一套完整的喷吹烟煤工艺体系。该系统能满足喷吹高挥发分烟煤的要求,试验期间炉况稳定顺行,各项技术经济指标得到改善。鞍钢5座高炉100%喷吹烟煤,喷吹量增加30%,生铁增加3.6%,焦比降低25kg/t,煤焦置换比提高0.1~0.2,吨铁成本降低4.12元。
This paper summarizes the experiences and achievements of Ansteel BF injection industrial test. Adopting the technology focusing on the control of oxygen concentration and fire source, a complete set of technology for blowing bituminous coal has been formed. The system can meet the requirements of blowing high volatile bituminous coal. During the test, the furnace condition is stable and the various technical and economic indexes are improved. Anshan Iron and Steel 5 blast furnace 100% injection of bituminous coal, injection volume increased by 30%, pig iron increased by 3.6%, coke ratio decreased by 25kg / t, coal coke replacement ratio increased 0.1 ~ 0.2, tons of iron cost reduced 4.12 yuan.
