目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为2组各30例,对照组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参苓白术散加减治疗,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分。结果:总有效率观察组为93.3%;对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候评分均较治疗前明显升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组中医证候评分升高较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻能明显改善患儿临床症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating children with indigestion diarrhea. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases, the control group treated with live Bifidobacterium quadriceps; the observation group in the control group based on the treatment with Shenling Baizhu addition and subtraction treatment, compared with 2 Group clinical efficacy and TCM Syndromes before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of children with indigestion diarrhea can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children, the exact effect, worthy of clinical application.
