本文在分析传统人工智能与神经网络信息处理的各自特点的基础之上，指明二者相互结合的必然性，并给出了混合型神经网络专家系统的框架。
Based on the analysis of the respective characteristics of traditional artificial intelligence and neural network information processing, this paper points out the necessity of their combination with each other and gives the framework of hybrid neural network expert system.
