利用植物有效成分阻断亚硝胺合成是防治癌症的有效途径之一。黄酮类化合物在抑制亚硝化反应中有着广泛的应用。重点探讨黄酮类化合物抑制亚硝化反应的机制,典型植物中黄酮含量变化规律及阻断亚硝胺合成或清除亚硝酸盐的效果,以期为寻求最佳的抗癌药物提供帮助。
Blocking the synthesis of nitrosamines by plant active ingredients is one of the effective ways to prevent and treat cancer. Flavonoids in the inhibition of nitrosation has a wide range of applications. The mechanism of flavonoids inhibiting nitrosation reaction, the changes of flavonoids in typical plants and the effect of nitrosamine blocking or removing nitrite were discussed in order to provide help for finding the best anticancer drugs.
