The nomogram presented here provides an easy way to calculate the heat loss from dry flue gas using various fuels. If CO 2% and flue gas temperature are known, the chart can provide accurate results for engineering estimates. The graph is based on the following formula: Percentage of heat loss from dry flue gas L = C_1T / CO_2 (1)
