本文在提出创新现有培训模式的基础上,概述了电子化学习(e-Learning)的内涵,阐述了湖南烟草实施电子化学习深化培训改革的方略。作者认为,湖南烟草具有实施电子化学习的条件,当前的重点是推进培训中心职能转换、加快现有网络培训系统的推广应用和升级、专题立项进行e-Learning培训课程开发。 Based on the innovation of the existing training model, this paper summarizes the connotation of e-learning and expounds the strategy of deepening the training reform of e-learning in Hunan Tobacco. The author believes that Hunan Tobacco has the conditions to implement e-Learning. The current focus is to promote the transformation of training center functions, speed up the popularization and application of existing network training systems and upgrades, and specialize in e-Learning training course development.
