阶跃恢复二极管(以下简称SRD)高次倍频器具有电路结构简单、倍频效率高、工作稳定可靠的特点.可以从几兆赫至几百兆赫的基准振荡源倍频到所需要的几十兆赫至十几千兆赫的基准频率.因此,它在无线电工程上和测量设备中得到了广泛的应用. 六十年代末期已有许多文章对SRD倍频器进行深入的研究,但大都为同轴线结构的.而本文所讨论的是具有某些特点的集中参数和波导结构的SRD高次倍频器的原理与设计.文中结合6毫米锁相环路的要求,给出集中参数和波导结构的SRD高次倍频器的设计及实验结果.
