针对工程车油管90°弯管接头一端需要外螺纹脱模,内孔长距离抽芯脱模,另外一端需要内螺纹脱模的特点,经过模腔布局设计后,创新性设计了一种齿轮转动带动螺纹旋转运动以实现型芯侧抽芯及内螺纹同步脱模的复合脱模机构。在优化组合脱模机构的基础上,设计了实现塑件自动注塑生产的一模四腔两板模模具,实际应用结果表明:该模具结构紧凑,布局合理,工作稳定、可靠,可为同类塑件的模具设计提供有益借鉴。
