C61100车床溜板箱中有两只90°齿形、120牙的端面直齿齿牙盘(见图1),以前是在平铣上,用分度盘进行人工分度来铣削端面齿的。每加工一只齿牙盘,就要120次的人工分度,还不包括每牙铣好后的退刀。因此,操作工人的劳动强度大,生产效率低。还不易保证质量。后来,我们对机床部分传动链进行了改装,实现了端面直齿齿形自动分度连续切削,大大地减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,生产率提高50%以上,质量也有很大的提高。刀具到工件的自动分度传动链如图2所示。铣床主轴上装有一片2牙的专用铣刀1,主轴另一端装有链轮5,把运动传给链轮6,再通过万向接头14接入1/90分度盘,即能实现工件的自动分度。传动链计算
