四川省煤炭工业局于1977年5月31日至6月4日在南桐矿务局干坝子洗煤厂召开全省洗煤厂洗水闭路循环工作座谈会。参加会议的有四川省四个矿务局和十个洗煤厂以及重庆市煤管局、四川矿业学院、重庆煤矿设计院等单位的代表共五十三名。会议学习了英明领袖华主席和敬爱的叶副主席在全国工业学大庆会议上的重要讲话和余秋里副总理在全国工业学大庆会
