How to coordinate the relationship between technological development and environmental protection has become a major task in the construction industry. Located in Changyang Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, “Golden Domain Ti Xiang” is an industrialized residential project jointly built by Beijing Institute of Residential Building Design and Vanke Group. This project utilizes the leading green building design concept in China and also realizes the full application of BIM and industrialization technology.
