“一带一路”战略是一个全新的系统工程,强调的是共建共享原则,体现的是多对多的立体合作模式。在实施的过程中如何及时有效的把握好发展机遇,顺利地规避各种风险,这对当前作为首倡者的中国是一个前所未有的考验,需要大家集思广益来好好应对。本文试图从潮汕商帮海外创业史的角度出发,探究使潮汕商帮成功“走出去”的文化密码和经验要素,为政府和企业顺利推进“一带一路”战略提供些许参考。
“Belt and Road” strategy is a brand new systematic project, emphasizing the principle of co-building and sharing, which embodies the many-to-many three-dimensional cooperation model. How to timely and effectively grasp the opportunities for development and smooth out various risks in the process of implementation is an unprecedented test for China as the first advocator and requires everyone to take a brainstorming response. This paper attempts to explore the cultural codes and empirical elements that make Chaoshan traders’ success and “going out” from the perspective of Chaoshan entrepreneurship overseas business history, and provide some reference for the government and enterprises to successfully promote the “Belt and Road” strategy.
