目的观察不同浓度的仙鹤草水煎液对环磷酰胺(CP)致免疫抑制模型小鼠脾指数、白细胞含量的影响。方法BALB/C小鼠随机分为7组(正常对照组、模型对照组、治疗1组(仙鹤草10 g/ml浓度)、治疗2组(仙鹤草5 g/ml浓度)、治疗3组(仙鹤草2.5 g/ml浓度)、治疗4组(仙鹤草1.25 g/ml浓度)、治疗5组(仙鹤草0.625 g/ml浓度),每组15只。模型对照组和各治疗组小鼠腹腔注射CP(30 mg/kg)制备免疫抑制模型,各组治疗每天给予不同浓度的仙鹤草水煎液灌胃(0.02 ml/g)。治疗5 d结束后,取血(EDTA-K2抗凝)进行白细胞计数(WBC),摘取小鼠脾脏计算脾脏指数。实验数据采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析,多组比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用t检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组脾脏指数、WBC极显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,治疗1组的WBC显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各治疗组的WBC均极显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各治疗组脾脏指数均显著高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗3组、治疗4组、治疗5组脾脏指数、WBC数量明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且效果优于治疗1组和疗疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙鹤草水煎液能显著增强CP免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能,随着给药浓度的下降各组小鼠免疫功能均明显提高,证明仙鹤草的临床使用存在独特的量效关系。
