幼儿教育社会化是指推进政府与非政府力量携手举办幼儿教育,共同提供幼儿教育资源和民主管理幼儿教育的过程,是幼儿教育从过分依赖政府到以社会为依托,扎根于广大社会的过程。本文通过对幼儿教师的专业发展、工资收入、稳定性、师资培训等方面的分析来揭示幼儿教育社会化对幼儿教师带来的影响。
Socialization of early childhood education refers to the promotion of government and non-government forces to jointly organize early childhood education, providing early childhood education resources and the democratic management of early childhood education. It is a process in which early childhood education takes root in the general society from being overly dependent on the government to relying on the society. This article reveals the impact preschool education socialization has on kindergarten teachers by analyzing kindergarten teachers’ professional development, salary income, stability and teacher training.
