随着聚烯烃催化剂制备技术的不断发展,各种各样的干燥技术被广泛的应用于聚烯烃催化剂的生产上,其中,喷雾干燥就是一个典型的代表。为了充分提高喷雾干燥系统的热效率,明晰各因素对喷雾干燥系统能耗的影响,采用定性与定量相结合的方法。本文从生产实践出发,对催化剂喷雾干燥系统进行了结构改造,并提出了各影响因素设置时的注意事项延长设备使用周期,为工业化长周期生产中的工艺设计及实际操作提供参考。
With the continuous development of polyolefin catalyst preparation technology, a variety of drying technologies are widely used in polyolefin catalyst production, of which, spray drying is a typical representative. In order to fully improve the thermal efficiency of the spray drying system, to clarify the impact of various factors on the energy consumption of the spray drying system, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In this paper, the structure of the catalyst spray drying system is modified from the production practice, and some precautions when setting the influencing factors are put forward to extend the service life of the equipment and provide reference for the process design and practical operation in industrial long cycle production.
