中压变流装置用于中远距离PWM驱动系统中,常通过长线电缆连接电机端与变流器输出端,但长线电缆的连接通常会产生负面效应,如PWM脉冲过电压及共模电压振荡等问题。文章基于长线电缆电压反射现象和共模电压产生原理的理论分析,在综合考虑线缆长度、分布参数和反射系数等条件下,建立了RLC滤波器系统模型,设计了基于三电平中压变流装置的无源滤波器,并给出滤波器相应参数的计算方法。仿真及实验验证了所设计滤波器的有效性。
Medium voltage converter device for medium-to-long distance PWM drive system, often through long-term cable to connect the motor terminal and the converter output, but the long-term cable connections usually have negative effects, such as PWM pulse over-voltage and common mode voltage oscillation problem. Based on the theoretical analysis of voltage reflection phenomenon and common-mode voltage generation principle of long-haul cable, the article builds the RLC filter system model under the conditions of cable length, distribution parameters and reflection coefficient, and designs a three- Flow device passive filter, and gives the filter corresponding parameters of the calculation method. Simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the designed filter.
