本文以“城市触媒”理论为依据,选取厦门市沙坡尾地区作为基地进行城市更新和复兴改造设计,力求保持渔人巷子原有的街道肌理和生活元素。通过特色街巷的打造和场所精神的重塑,促使触媒的发酵与新生。触媒并非单一的最终产品,而是一个可以刺激与引导后续开发的元素,我们希望植入的触媒在未来不仅能够带动整个街巷的更新,更能够辐射到整个城市乃至更远的区域,实现永续规划。 Based on “Urban Catalyst ” theory, this paper selects the Shapo tail area of ​​Xiamen as a base for urban renewal and rejuvenation design, and seeks to maintain the original street texture and living elements of Fisherman Alley. Through the characteristics of the streets to create and rebuild the spirit of place, to promote the fermentation and newborn catalyst. Catalyst is not a single final product, but an element that can stimulate and guide the follow-up development.
