针对一般粮食烘干和加工过程中的料位测量问题,提出了一种新型的电容式料位传感器设计方法,通过该传感器的测量原理及其结构的分析,设计出了以新型单片机ADμC812为核心的传感器测量电路。工程实践证明,这种传感器结构简单,测量准确度高,工作稳定可靠,适应性强,能在恶劣环境中工作。
Aiming at the problem of material level measurement during general grain drying and processing, a novel capacitive material level sensor design method is proposed. Based on the measurement principle and structure analysis of the sensor, a new type of single-chip ADμC812 Sensor measurement circuit. Engineering practice has proved that this sensor has a simple structure, high measurement accuracy, stable and reliable work, adaptability, can work in harsh environments.
