图书馆危机预控是危机预警的后续危机管理措施,它紧随危机预警之后,进一步解决了预警信号发出以后要采用什么样的措施或方案控制危机的爆发,避免或减少危机所造成的损失。危机预控是危机前期管理的核心任务,对于危机管理的成败非常重要。目前在研究国内图书馆危机管理系统的论文中,关于危机预警系统的研究较多,对危机预控系统则鲜有涉及。本文分析了构建图书馆危机预控系统的意义,重点论述了案例推理方法的一些关键技术,设计了基于案例推理技术的危机预控系统的总体模型,为研究图书馆危机管理及其预控问题提出了新的思路和方法。
