近日,水电七局有限公司首期清华大学班组长岗位管理能力资格认证远程培训顺利结业。在参加考试的39人中,37名班组长通过认证考试,欣喜地拿到了清华大学班组管理专业“学历”。水电七局公司工会长期以来把班组建设作为工会参与生产经营的快捷路径,借助建家活动与班组建设的关联度,积极将工作触角延伸到最基层。这次远程培训正是提升班组长综合素质的新举措,较好地解决了传统培训的量大难以组织、工学矛盾难以协调、资源分散难以整合、培训内容难以规范的“四难”问题。
