冷空气不断来袭,一波更胜一波,真正的严冬,才刚刚靠近我们。一直坚持晨练的人仍然继续着清晨与严寒对抗,不少免疫力差的人也想通过晨炼来增强体质,抵御感冒的侵袭。其实,冬季的早晨并非锻炼的好时机,尤其在天未亮的时候更不适宜晨练。晨练不当,不但不能强身健体,反而有损健康,甚至可能招来感冒。
