廊坊市安次区委组织部自1992年以来,把加强党的基层组织建设,尤其是做好农村发展党员工作,解决长期不发展党员的村街提到重要日程,采取了积极有效的措施,加大了工作力度,保证了发展质量,壮大了党员队伍。截至到1995年底,全区165个5年以上没发展党员村街发展党员219名,全部解决了多年不发展党员的问题。农村新党员以崭新的思想风貌,带着共同致富的真本事,进入村级领导班子,投入到发展经济的大潮中,自1992年以来,全区382名新党员先后进入村级领导班子,其中40名担任农村党支部书记,67名担任村委会主任,21名担任乡村企业的厂长经理。
Since 1992, the Organization Department of Langzhong Anci District Committee has taken active and effective measures to strengthen the building of grassroots organizations of the party, especially the development of rural party members in rural areas and the settlement of long-term non-development of party members and village streets. Increased efforts to ensure the quality of development, and strengthen the ranks of party members. By the end of 1995, there were 219 non-development Party members and village development parties in the region of 165 over 5 years, all of whom solved the problem of not developing party members for many years. The new party members in rural areas have entered the village-level leadership team with a completely new ideological style and the true ability to make common gains, and have devoted themselves to the tide of economic development. Since 1992, 382 new Party members in the region have successively entered the village-level leading bodies, among which 40 served as Party branch secretary in rural areas, 67 served as director of the village committee, 21 as manager of the village manager.
