以酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”为试材,采用覆土、化纤毯加覆土、聚苯乙烯保温被3种覆盖方式,测定越冬期间枝蔓的逆境生理生化指标的变化,选出对葡萄越冬性及生长最佳、最有益的覆盖方式。结果表明:越冬期间在较冷的1、2月,枝蔓逆境生理指标的束缚水与自由水的比值变化为化纤毯加覆土>聚苯乙烯保温被>覆土;对电解质渗出率与温度相关性研究发现,电解质渗出率与温度呈负相关,在2015年1月1日取样枝蔓电解质渗出率,覆土>聚苯乙烯保温被>化纤毯加覆土;不同处理丙二醛(MDA)含量变化为,化纤毯处理越冬前后枝蔓MDA含量基本无变化,覆土处理越冬后枝蔓MDA增加0.002 1μmol·g~(-1),聚苯乙烯保温被则增加了0.005 3μmol·g~(-1);在越冬期间温度较低的1、2月,化纤毯加覆土处理枝蔓脯氨酸含量较覆土与聚苯乙烯保温被分别增加0.000 8、0.001 1μg·g~(-1)。
Taking wine grape “Cabernet Sauvignon” as test material, the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of adversities of wintering vine during overwintering were determined by covering soil, chemical fiber blanket plus soil covering and polystyrene insulation. The MDA content of the shoots increased 0.002 1μmol · g -1 and the polystyrene insulation increased 0.005 3μmol · g -1 During January and February when the temperature was lower during the winter, the content of proline in the soil of chemical fiber blanket plus soil preparation was increased by 0.0008,0.001 1μg · g -1 compared with that of soil-cover and polystyrene.
