If you can’t beat your opponent and join them, Yan Peter, the director of the Institute for International Business Studies, has proposed a brand new business development model. He believes that in order to make great progress and sustainable development, enterprises must pay attention to seven major factors: research, development, profit, product, marketing, forecasting, and collaboration. And these seven elements symbolize the two eyes, chest and abdomen, left hand, right hand, left foot and right foot. He believes that a company needs to develop, specifically, to rely on two feet (prediction, collaboration). The most effective of the two feet is the right foot—cooperation. Only when a company cooperates better can it better compete and make the competition look newer and at a higher level.
