提出了在总投资约束下,对地区配电网制订多种节能改造措施组合的综合改造投资规划模型。通过灰关联分析、采样统计和样本改造对比等途径获取灰关联权系数、指标劣度以及改造降损效率等核心参数。在此基础上,在地区电网分层分区管理的模式下,以各项改造投资额为变量,结合投资约束及各项权系数,建立改造投资分配的粗规划模型。算例表明,借助该模型指导节能改造,能充分利用改造资金,显著降低配电网线损水平,并有助于缩小网间线损指标差距,全面提升配电能效,与现有的改造方案相比独具比较优势。
Proposed under the total investment constraints, the regional distribution network development of a variety of energy-saving combination of transformation of the comprehensive transformation of investment planning model. Through the methods of gray relational analysis, sampling statistics and sample transformation, the core parameters such as the gray correlation coefficient, the index accuracy and the transformation efficiency are obtained. On this basis, under the mode of hierarchical zonal management of regional power grids, a rough planning model for transforming investment allocation is established based on the investment amount of transformation as a variable, combined with investment constraints and various weight coefficients. The example shows that using this model to guide energy-saving retrofit can make full use of retrofit funds, significantly reduce the level of line loss in distribution network, and help to narrow the gap between network indicators, improve energy distribution efficiency, and the existing transformation scheme Than the unique comparative advantage.
