对于历史研究的重要意义和作用,我国古代统治者早已领会并付诸实践。“以古为镜,可以知兴替”,这是唐太宗的话。毛泽东同志也语重心长地说过:“历史的经验值得注意”。要求广大干部学习历史,是我党的一贯精神。最近两年,中国财经出版社向社会推出了又一部巨型历史工具书——《朱批奏折财政类目录》。全书分五册,约5000页,近百万字。是中国第一历史档案馆的领导、专家和史学工作者编纂的。将馆藏珍品奉献于社会,这是我国档案馆和出版社为国家做出的一大贡献。
For the important significance and role of historical research, ancient rulers in our country have long comprehend and put it into practice. “As ancient as the mirror, you can know the rise and fall,” This is Taizong words. Comrade Mao Tse-tung also said in solemn terms: “Historical experience deserves our attention.” It is our party’s consistent spirit to require the broad cadre to study history. In the recent two years, China’s Finance Press has released yet another giant historical reference book to the society - “Zhu Shouzhongzhuo Financial Catalog.” The book is divided into five volumes, about 5000 pages, nearly a million words. It is compiled by the leaders, experts and historians of China’s First Historical Archives. The dedication of the collection of treasures in the community, which is China’s archives and publishing houses for the country made a major contribution.
