目的建立实验动物肺炎支原体感染模型,通过对模型药效实验证明芩百清肺浓缩丸具有抗肺炎支原体作用。方法 BALB/c小鼠滴鼻法感染肺炎支原体,各组小鼠肺组织冲洗液培养,颜色改变测定各组中肺炎支原体。结果模型组培养基由红变黄,芩百组培养基颜色无变化表明。结论实验动物模型造模成功,芩百清肺浓缩丸具有治疗肺炎支原体感染作用。
Objective To establish a model of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in experimental animals and to prove that Qinbaiqing Pneumoconiosis Pill has the anti-Mycoplasma pneumoniae effect through the model experiment. Methods BALB / c mice were intranasally infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and the lung tissues of mice in each group were cultured with irrigating fluid and the color was changed. Mycoplasma pneumoniae was determined in each group. Results The model group showed reddish-yellow medium and no change in the color of the Scutellaria baicalensis media group. Conclusion Experimental animal model was successfully established, Qinbai Qingfei Pill has the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
