ZSM-48沸石的合成及性能的研究

在 Na_2O-1,6-C_6H_(16)N_2-SiO_2-H_2O 体系中合成了高硅 ZSM-48沸石。考察了碱量[(Na_2O/SiO_2)×10~2=1.76-7.50]、有机胺量、温度对晶化过程的影响。利用 XRD、SEM 跟踪了 ZSM-48晶体生长过程,报道了 ZSM-48的吸附性能、热稳定等物化性质。并得出负载 ZSM-48金属沸石催化剂是一种良好的一氧化碳加氢合成低碳烯烃催化剂。 High-ZSM-48 zeolite was synthesized in Na 2 O-1, 6-C 6 H 16 N 2 -SiO 2 -H 2 O system. The effects of alkali content [(Na 2 O / SiO 2) × 10 ~ 2 = 1.76-7.50], organic amine content and temperature on the crystallization process were investigated. The crystal growth of ZSM-48 was observed by XRD and SEM, and the physicochemical properties of ZSM-48 such as adsorption and thermal stability were reported. It is concluded that the supported ZSM-48 metal zeolite catalyst is a good carbon monoxide hydrogenation catalyst for the synthesis of light olefins.
