目的:研究评价脉冲式均质器在食品微生物检测前处理上的效果。方法:通过对微生物的杀灭影响试验,并与国家标准方法中的拍打法、搅拌法进行比对试验。结果:脉冲振荡处理样品稀释液不会对微生物造成杀灭作用。经F检验,除蜜饯类脉冲法P﹤0.05,结果偏高外,其他类食品P﹥0.05,三法无显著性差异。本法重复性满足实验要求。结论:脉冲式均质器均质效果良好,方便实用,可以广泛应用于食品微生物检测中,能改善传统前处理的某些不足之处,提高检测的准确率。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of pulse homogenizer on the pre-treatment of food micro-organisms. Methods: Through the killing of microorganisms affect the test, and with the national standard method of slap method, mixing method for comparison test. Results: Pulsed shaking of the sample dilution did not kill the microorganisms. The F test, in addition to candied pulses P <0.05, the results were high, the other types of food P> 0.05, three no significant difference.
