多效唑可抑制香花槐试管苗的生长,使繁殖系数和嫩梢长度都受到影响,在继代培养时,培养基中加入0.1~2.0 mg/L多效唑对壮苗有利,当多效唑浓度超过2 mg/L时,在常温下能达到种质保存的目的。用多效唑处理后,茎纵切面及横切面细胞不仅形态发生了变化,而且细胞壁明显加厚。生根香花槐试管苗用多效唑处理后能明显提高根系活力和移栽成活率。
