针对Cr-Ni系高硼不锈钢的脆性问题,对该钢种产生脆性的原因,及其改进措施进行了探讨,查明由于大量的(Fe,Cr)_2B型硼化物引起脆性的原因。采用以加Ti形成TiB_2相,制止(Fe,Cr)_2B相形成的措施,显著地改善了该钢种的冲击韧性。
In view of the brittleness of Cr-Ni high boron stainless steel, the reason of the brittleness of the steel and the improvement measures were discussed, and the reasons for the brittleness due to a large amount of (Fe, Cr) _2B boride were investigated. By using Ti to form TiB_2 phase to prevent the formation of (Fe, Cr) _2B phase, the impact toughness of the steel was remarkably improved.
