目的:观察不同提取方法的生山栀冬虫夏草复方提取物对兔急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的治疗作用。方法:采用水提及醇提的方法,获水提取液(总提液)、复方醇溶提取液(醇溶液)、复方醇沉(醇沉液)提取液。静脉注射油酸复制兔ARDS模型,观察该复方不同方法提取物对兔急性呼吸窘迫综合征血气分析、肺系数、肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白蛋白含量及肺部病理改变的影响。结果:总提液、醇溶液能提高兔ARDS的血氧饱和度,降低肺系数、肺泡灌洗液白蛋白含量,减轻肺损伤程度。醇沉液则对上述指标改善作用不明显。结论:预防性应用总提液、醇溶液能有效改善油酸型兔ARDS肺功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effects of extracts of Radix hesperonii, Cordyceps sinensis, and Radix et Rhizoma Caulis against acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in rabbits. Method: Using the method of water mentioning alcohol extraction, obtain water extract (total extract), compound alcohol extract (alcohol solution), compound alcohol sink (alcohol sink) extract. Intravenous injection of oleic acid was used to replicate the rabbit ARDS model. The effects of the extracts from different methods on blood gas analysis, lung coefficient, albumin content in alveolar lavage fluid (BALF), and pathological changes in the lungs of rabbits with acute respiratory distress syndrome were observed. Results: The total extract and alcohol solution could increase the oxygen saturation of rabbit ARDS, reduce the lung coefficient, albumin content of alveolar lavage fluid, and reduce the degree of lung injury. Alcohol precipitation has no obvious effect on the above indicators. Conclusion: Prophylactic application of total extract and alcohol solution can effectively improve lung function of oleic acid-type rabbit ARDS.
