针对模糊互补判断矩阵的一致性及矩阵维数增加时待优化的参数增多的问题,采用小生境遗传算法进行模糊互补判断矩阵的一致性检验、修正和权值排序.该方法将模糊互补判断矩阵的一致性检验、修正和权值排序作为一个整体进行优化,并采用小生境技术保证在矩阵维数增加时仍能找到最优解.通过分析和算例对比,证明了该方法的有效性和稳定性,以及可以在对初始判断矩阵做最小程度调整的基础上具有最小的一致性指标系数.最后将该方法应用于舰船综合电力系统的电磁兼容评估中,证明了该方法的可行性.
