随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑市场和行业相应地得到极大的繁荣。为保证建筑市场的正常秩序,实现建筑行业的规范化和合理化发展,我国特别制定并颁布《招标投标法》,以规范建筑行业,使得建筑的招标和投标拥有具体的参照和指导。我国的建筑市场在其指导和规范下,逐渐建立了工程建设的管理体系,建筑工程的施工评标办法得到有效规范和推广。就目前来说,我国建筑工程施工评标的常用方法有两种,即合理低价法和综合评价法。该两种评标方法在具体的使用当中各有其适用范围和优缺点。本文在对两种方法进行简要阐述的基础上,分析其中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进和完善措施。
As China’s economy continues to evolve, the construction market and industry have accordingly enjoyed tremendous prosperity. In order to ensure the normal order of the construction market and achieve the standardization and rationalization of the construction industry, China specially formulated and promulgated the “Bidding and Bidding Law” to standardize the construction industry so as to have concrete reference and guidance for bidding and bidding of buildings. Under the guidance and standardization of China’s construction market, the management system of engineering construction has gradually been established. The construction bid evaluation methods of construction projects have been effectively regulated and promoted. For now, there are two common methods for construction project evaluation in China, that is, reasonable low price method and comprehensive evaluation method. The two evaluation methods in the specific use of each have their own scope and advantages and disadvantages. Based on a brief exposition of the two methods, this article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding improvements and improvements.
