本文讨论了草酸铁-活性炭-金属钾(Fe-AC-K)合成氨催化剂中载体活性炭的作用。研究了催化活性和活性炭的组成与结构之间的关系。实验结果表明:Fe-AC-K催化剂的合成氨活性与活性炭中的杂质含量、灰分含量、石墨化程度等因素无关。活性炭作为合成氨催化剂的载体有其优越性:(1)比表面大,(2)孔径分布合适,(3)没有含氧键,所以是一个良好的载体。
This article discusses the role of supported activated carbon in the synthesis of ammonia catalyst from iron oxalate-activated carbon-potassium metal (Fe-AC-K). The relationship between the catalytic activity and the composition and structure of activated carbon was investigated. The experimental results show that the ammonia activity of Fe-AC-K catalyst has nothing to do with the impurity content, ash content and degree of graphitization in activated carbon. Activated carbon as a catalyst for the synthesis of ammonia catalyst has its advantages: (1) large specific surface, (2) pore size distribution is appropriate, (3) no oxygen-containing bonds, it is a good carrier.
