对慢滤系统中采用沸石、石英砂及活性炭3种过滤介质抑制黄瓜枯萎病原菌的效果进行吸附除菌研究。结果表明:3种介质对黄瓜枯萎病菌均有一定的抑制作用;在一定时间内,菌团被吸附的总量随时间的增加而达到吸附平衡的最大值,然后由于解吸作用吸附量又逐渐变小;同种介质不同粒径相比,均为大粒径的吸附效果好:粒径0.8~1.6mm的沸石抑菌率为80.3%,石英砂为87.9%,活性炭最高,可达93.6%;达到吸附平衡所需时间,大粒径活性炭最短,为12h,大粒径沸石为18h,大粒径石英砂为30h。对于依靠吸附来抑制黄瓜枯萎病菌的沸石、石英砂及活性炭3种介质,大粒径活性炭为最佳,吸附量最大,用时最短。
