经对淡水鱼所需 5种动物性饵料测定 ,其总脂量和脂肪酸含量 ,新鲜虫体明显高于干制虫体 ,新鲜虫体中 ,尤以霍甫水丝蚓 (LimnodrilusHoffmeisteri)为佳 ,其总脂量占干重的 18 68% ,不饱和脂肪酸 (UFA)含量占总脂肪酸含量的 58 89% ,除必需脂肪酸 (EFA)外 ,霍甫水丝蚓的总脂肪酸含量与饱和脂肪酸 (SFA)含量 ,与其他 4种比较 ,存有显著差异性 ,而UFA含量 ,更有极显著差异性 .霍甫水丝蚓广布淡水水域 ,数量极大 ,营养非常丰富 ,是鱼类适口性饵料 ,目前人工繁殖技术日趋成熟 ,今后应大量培养 ,与多刺裸腹一起混喂 ,必将提高鱼苗的成活率和极大促进鱼的快速增长
