用环氧树脂砂浆粘结机械设备的地脚螺栓(简称环氧砂浆法)是冶金部建筑研究院参考国外先进技术而研制成功的。它是埋设机械设备地脚螺栓的一种新型铆固方法。在上海市冶金工业系统中,此法已在轧钢机、大型鼓风机等设备安装上得到应用,收到了良好的效果。环氧砂浆法既可用在新设备的安装上,更适用于老设备的位移或是地脚螺栓断裂而需重新埋设等情况。我厂一台500公斤气锤因两只地脚螺栓拔断需急
The anchor bolts of mechanical equipment bonded with epoxy mortar (abbreviated as epoxy mortar method) were successfully developed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute with reference to foreign advanced technology. It is a new type of riveting method for embedding the anchor bolts of mechanical equipment. In the Shanghai metallurgical industry system, this method has been applied to the installation of rolling mills, large blowers and other equipment, and has received good results. Epoxy mortar method can be used in the installation of new equipment, more suitable for the displacement of old equipment or broken anchor bolts need to be re-buried and so on.
