对高碳低合金钢球进行了回火后冷处理。通过力学性能测试、金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察,研究了冷处理温度对高碳低合金钢球力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:在室温至-80℃的冷处理后,随冷处理温度降低,高碳低合金钢球的硬度增大,冲击韧度减少。在-70℃时冲击韧度明显降低,其断口微观特征为部分韧窝形貌的准解理断口。冷处理后的组织更加细化,马氏体、残留奥氏体的含量和形貌发生变化,碳化物弥散均匀分布。
High-carbon low-alloy steel ball after tempering cold treatment. The mechanical properties, microstructure and microstructure of high carbon low alloy steel balls were studied by mechanical properties test, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that after the cold treatment from room temperature to -80 ℃, the hardness of the high carbon low alloy steel ball increases and the impact toughness decreases as the cold treatment temperature decreases. At -70 ℃ impact toughness decreased significantly, the fracture microscopic features of part of the dimple morphology quasi-cleavage fracture. Cold-treated tissue is more refined, martensite, retained austenite content and morphology change, the carbide dispersed evenly.
