保险监管是保险业健康发展的有力保障。2009年新《保险法》对于我国保险监管法律制度作了一些新的规定,弥补了先前的不足。文章着重分析了我国目前保险监管的客观情况,对完善我国的保险监管法律制度进行了一些思考,提出了些许建议。
Insurance supervision is a powerful guarantee for the healthy development of the insurance industry. The new “Insurance Law” in 2009 made some new provisions for the legal system of insurance supervision in our country, which made up for the deficiencies of the past. The article focuses on the analysis of the current situation of insurance supervision in our country, and makes some suggestions on perfecting the legal system of insurance regulation in our country, and puts forward some suggestions.
