拖拉机、汽车以及各种机床的齿轮箱壳体,经使用中多次拆装,常发现轴承与轴承座孔配合松动,或是销子与销孔配合松动,失去装配要求。这种情况在拖拉机汽车的变速箱、差速器壳体上尤为常见。对于这种损坏一般是采用轴承外圈镀铬来恢复其配合尺寸,这种修复方法的缺点是下次更换轴承时又要进行电镀。为了克服这一缺点,我们采用将齿轮箱整体入榴,局部镀铜的简便方法解决了这一问题。这种方法所前设备工艺简单,生产率高,成本低。去年底,我们在修理一台旧式刚外耕耘机时,发现变速箱壳体上
