目的探讨健康教育联合心理护理用于再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用及对心理变化的影响。方法选择2013年10月~2017年3月自愿到医院接受治疗的再生障碍性贫血患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用健康教育联合心理护理,比较2组护理效果及对心理波动的影响。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者治疗过程中实施健康教育联合心理护理有助于消除患者心理波动,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of health education combined with psychological nursing in patients with aplastic anemia and its impact on psychological changes. Methods Sixty patients with aplastic anemia who volunteered to go to the hospital from October 2013 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The control group was treated by conventional methods. The observation group was combined with health education and psychological care. The effects of nursing care and psychological fluctuation on the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education combined with psychological nursing during the treatment of aplastic anemia patients can help to eliminate the psychological fluctuations of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
