自2002年杭州市委、市政府实施西湖综合保护工程以来,在“三区”体制调整中应运而生的杭州市公安局西湖风景名胜区分局,以确保西湖综合保护工程大环境的安定和谐为核心。更新理念、创新机制、精细管理,逐步走出了一条具有景区特色的集防控、打击、整治、管理、服务、经营于一体的公安发展之路。
Since the implementation of the comprehensive protection project of the West Lake by Hangzhou municipal government in 2002, Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau West Lake Scenic Spots Branch came into being in the process of institutional adjustment of the “Three Zones” to ensure the stable and harmonious environment in the comprehensive protection project of the West Lake core. Updated concepts, innovative mechanisms, fine management, and gradually out of a scenic spot with the set of prevention and control, combat, remediation, management, service and operation in one of the road of public security development.
