债转股作为深化国有企业改革的一项重要政策，实施已经一年多了。本刊早些时侯曾经报道了全国第一家签订债转股协议的北京水泥厂及其实施债转股的情况，目前，全国已有数百家企业与金融资产管理公司签订了债转股协议。为进一步向广大读者介绍债转股的实施情况，本刊记者对前不久正式签订债转股协议的江西贵溪化肥厂债转股的实践情况做了调查。由于债转股尚处于起步阶段，无论是经验或是深层次的问题，都可能会在今后的进一步实施中才能显现，因此本刊将继续跟踪债转股的实施情况，并及时将信息反馈给广大读者。
