同课异构是指两位或多位教师选用同一教学内容,根据实际的教学条件和教师自身的特点,进行不同的教学设计。同课异构要求教师要精心研究教材,潜心钻研教法和学法,以便为集体研讨提供良好的研究素材。同课异构是教师提高教学水平和教学能力的有效途径。本文结合笔者和同事的两节同课异构课的教学实例,探讨了提高课堂教学效率的有效途径。
Class heterogeneity refers to two or more teachers choose the same teaching content, according to the actual teaching conditions and the characteristics of the teachers themselves, different teaching design. Heterogeneous requirements of the same class Teachers should carefully study materials, painstaking research into teaching and learning method, in order to provide a good source for the collective research material. Heterogeneous class is an effective way for teachers to improve their teaching and teaching ability. In this paper, the author and colleagues two cohorts of heterogeneous teaching examples to explore the effective ways to improve classroom teaching efficiency.
