光斑区域内存在单个盲元条件下点源目标质心探测误差分析

在哈特曼波前传感器点源目标探测质心算法中,除信号光子噪声、读出噪声和背景光噪声等误差源之外,图像传感器上存在的盲元也会对质心的探测精度造成一定的影响。系统地推导了哈特曼传感器子孔径光斑区域内存在单个盲元条件下各种误差源对点源目标质心探测误差影响的数学表达式,进一步分析了盲元和光斑质心间相对距离、光斑等效高斯宽度等因素对盲元存在所引入的质心偏移误差的影响,指出当相对距离约等于光斑高斯宽度时质心偏移误差达到最大值。实验结果与仿真和理论推导结果相符。 In Hartman wavefront sensor point-source target detection centroid algorithm, in addition to the signal photonic noise, readout noise and background noise and other error sources, the presence of blind pixels on the image sensor will also cause certain accuracy influences. When the relative distance is equal to the Gaussian width of the light spot, the centroid offset error reaches the maximum value. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation and theoretical deduction.
