2009年6月,山西省人大常委会内务司法委员会按照省人大常委会的安排,组织开展了全省行政诉讼法执法检查活动。同年9月,省人大常委会在听取和审议了执法检查组《关于检查行政诉讼法实施情况的报告》后,提出了审议意见。随后,省政府法制办按照省人民政府领导的批示,积极安排部署落实省人大审议意见的各项工作,大力推进全省各级行政机关的行政应诉工作。
In June 2009, the Internal Affairs Judicial Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee organized and conducted the law enforcement inspection of the administrative procedure law of the province in accordance with the arrangement of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee. In September of the same year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress put forward its opinions after hearing and considering the Law Enforcement Inspection Team’s “Report on Checking the Implementation of the Administrative Procedure Law.” Subsequently, according to the directives led by the Provincial People’s Government, the Legislative Affairs Office of the provincial government actively arranged for the deployment and implementation of various work reviewed and put forward by the provincial people’s congress and vigorously promoted the administrative response to the administrative organs at all levels across the province.
